Marty went and got the mail the other day and came in with a somber-like face, too serious for him(which means he is up to something) and promptly said,..."look at this." I looked down and saw this......
My response: "WHAT?"
The memo on the check said,.."PRIZE." We came to the conclusion that when we ran our TNT Firework tent last year, we must have won the two competitions they run between managers. Our tent is crazy awesome when it comes to marketing and decor and for that we won $250.
The other $250 came from making the most improvement in sales from the previous year. So,...now we are $500 richer. Well,..except for the fact that we need some maintenance done on our van. Funny how that works huh?!
Way to go honey! Your hard work has blessed our family once again!

Marty ran a couple of tents when he worked with Habitat for Humanity back in his college days. All the proceeds went to Habitat. Our first year as a family was 2006! We did it to save money for adoption. We did so well and they loved Marty so much that they have offered him prime locations ever since!
